During Thursday’s Outcasts league, Tyler Morgan started off the evening on a high note, stringing together 12 strikes to roll a perfect 300 game.

He continued strong to finish the night with a 782 series, claiming the top spot in that league for the year, and among all leagues this week.

Pam Bennett had the highest women’s scores for the week at Galaxy, bowling a 222 game and 560 series during Monday morning’s Galaxy Seniors league.

The Kentucky State Open wrapped up the three-week competition this past weekend. Overall, the turnout was excellent, filling the house during several of the available sessions.

Local cashers will be listed in this column once all the scores have been finalized.

In upcoming local events, the Madison County Bowling Association will play host to its annual Holiday Tournament on Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. This no-tap tournament will be giving out twice as many cash prizes as last year, and is open to everyone.
