The Lady Patriots came into Thursday's match-up with Eminence in Richmond without a key member of their starting line-up.
Sophomore center Taylor LeCompte -- 9.3 points and 9.4 rebounds a game -- suffered a concussion in a loss earlier in the week to Paris.
The rest of the team stepped up to help Model (17-8) earn an impressive win.
Kenzie Ferguson had 20 points and five rebounds as the Lady Patriots topped the Lady Warriors, 64-43. McKenna Tuttle had 16 points and five assists to help Model snap a two-game losing streak.
Keaton Hall added 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists and Summer Ray had 10 points and seven rebounds.
Model ran out to an 8-2 lead, but Eminence battled back to tie the game. A basket by McKenna Tuttle inside the final minute of the first quarter gave the Lady Patriots a 12-10 lead.
Model led 27-22 at halftime, then out-scored the Lady Warriors 17-10 in the third quarter.
The Lady Patriots hit eight three-pointers and had 15 assists, but were 6-of-19 from the free throw line.
Ferguson was 4-of-5 from three-point range.
McKenzie Johnson had six rebounds and two points, while Mary Alex Taylor had four points and five rebounds.
Model is set to return to action Saturday at home against Brown.
