The Pirates hit the road on Friday looking to pick up their first district victory in almost six years.
However, they fell behind early against a tough opponent and were never able to bounce back.
Kentucky Country Day had a 15-0 lead less than three minutes into the game and rolled to a 51-0 win over Berea Community (0-5, 0-1 district) in Louisville.
The Bearcats (3-1, 1-0) were up 23-0 after the first quarter.
Berea's last district win was on Oct. 10, 2014 -- a span of 23 games.
KCD beat the Pirates twice last season -- 36-14 in Berea during the regular season, then 50-0 at home in the opening round of the Class A Playoffs.
The Bearcats were coming off their first loss of the season, a 28-21 setback at Bullitt East. They responded in a big win, running out to a 37-0 lead with 6:56 left before halftime.
At the break, KCD was up 44-0.
The Pirates have lost six-straight games overall.
Berea will look to get back on track Friday at home against district rival Eminence.
The Warriors are 2-3 on the season after a 51-38 loss to district rival Frankfort.
