Students, staff and volunteers turned an ordinary Monday into something colorful at Glenn Marshall Elementary's Color Run event that took place over the course of the morning and afternoon. The Color Run, which is in its fifth year, is held to help raise funds for the Special Olympics of Madison County. The run featured several obstacle courses, such as climbing over tires, bales of hay and zig-zagging through cones, all while being cheered on by classmates and friends.
