More than five months after Savannah Spurlock disappeared, her family is offering a $15,000 reward and tip boxes have been randomly placed in Garrard County.

Spurlock was last seen on Jan. 4 leaving The Other Bar at 319 S. Limestone in Lexington. According to previous reports, investigators say she left with three men. Investigators have talked to all three and learned Spurlock went to a Garrard County home after being at the bar.

Full reward details can be found on the family's missing Facebook page @missingsavannahspurlock.

Tip boxes have been randomly placed in Garrard County for anyone wanting to leave information. The tip boxes can be found at Price Court, Fall Lick Road (on S. Flatwoods Road sign), US 27 North (Shun Pike Intersection) and US 27 South (on Interstate Homes sign).

Spurlock has shoulder length brown/blond hair, multiple tattoos including a rose on left shoulder, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” on right side torso and “I’m her daughter” on her back. She was last seen wearing a black sleeveless top and a maroon skirt with heels.
