The Fayette County Coroner has named a Madison County woman as the wrong-way driver in a fatal accident that killed her and a family-of-five on Saturday.
A press release from the coroner's office said Jamaica Caudill, 38, of Madison County, was driving south bound in the north bound lane on Interstate-75 when she collided head on with another vehicle.
Caudill was pronounced dead on the scene by first responders, the report reads.
In the other car was a family of five who all were pronounced dead from the crash due to multiple, accidental blunt force trauma injuries.
Karmen Greene, 9, of Owenton, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Others were pronounced dead at UK Hospital in Lexington including; Catherine Greene, 30, Santanna Greene, 11, Brayden Boxwell, 5, Jack Greene, 2, all of Owenton.
Lexington Police are still investigating the incident.
