"BE KIND. For everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about," motivational quote by Toby Mac.

This quote was the first of many motivational quotes Baptist Health Richmond is using to promote inspiration and positive conversations of change throughout the community.

Large banners with motivational quotes are now on display at the hospital's main campus. The community can expect to see new quotes every month, according to a press release.

"The motivational banners on display at our hospital are one way we want to promote community engagement and be a good community partner," said Greg D. Gerard, president of Baptist Health Richmond. "If the quotes can encourage one person to have a better day, I think that's a reason to celebrate."

Prosperity Home Mortgage expands

Prosperity Home Mortgage LLC, a HomeServices of America company, recently announced that it is launching residential mortgage operations with offices throughout Kentucky. The move continues the firm's expansion in the midwest region and adds to their more than 300 offices serving the diverse financial needs of homebuyers -- whether first-time buyers, or those trading up or down-sizing.

"We've succeeded and grown in this very competitive business environment by prioritizing a stellar customer experience and offering consumers a choice of products suited to their needs. At Prosperity we've built a culture of service, along with a technologically smart and streamlined process without losing the human touch. Every employee of Prosperity Home Mortgage, regardless of their title is in the customer service department," commented Tim Wilson, president and CEO.

Brad DeVries, CEO of Rector Hayden Realtors, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate with offices throughout Greater Lexington said, "Our agents at Rector Hayden are excited by the enhanced service model that Prosperity will bring to their clients. They consistently rank in the top tier of mortgage banks and will provide not only a full range of residential mortgage products, but local expertise too." They will operate everywhere HomeServices Lending in Kentucky used to operate. On June 10, the Home Services Lending teams in Kentucky transitioned to Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC.
