Hello everyone. That sure was a bad wind storm that we had. I saw several trees down in the yard, shingles off the roofs, and even some plank fences blown over. I think Poosey got hit pretty hard. I heard some buildings blew down. I am grateful that no one was hurt. It may be a lot of clean up work, but it is just work.
I guess I will take a trip around the farm inspecting the fences. I am sure most of the farmers will have to do the same. There is nothing worse than chasing cattle out of places they do not belong. That is what the winds usually bring, trees down on fences. Hey, I am retired and I now have time to check out the farm situation.
I got the concrete poured to the garage. Thank you Steve Morgan. It looks great. He is another one that is extremely talented. He is a near local fellow. He grew up around here. He knows a lot of people in this area. It is nice to have wonderful people working on my garage. I count it a blessing. So thanks again Steve. I will see you again soon I hope for the drive. Now it is "Hammer time", Greg Winkler to start the framing. We are so excited.
