Hello from Baldwin.

How is everyone's week going? I hope you are having a good week so far.

We have had some warm, summer-like temperatures so far this week and some rain. Several people have been getting their gardens planted here in Baldwin and the rain and sunshine are going to help those vegetables grow.

Last Saturday, the Madison County Farmers Market was a great success, and it was a beautiful day!

A total of 10 vendors were there with products to sell. There was beef, pork, CBD oils, cheese, lettuce, carrots, eggs, zucchini breads, banana bread, sourdough bread and rolls, cinnamon rolls, jams, jellies, honey, fried apple pies crafts and so much more.

So be sure and stop by the Madison County Farmers Market on the corner of Barnes Mill Road and Goggins Lane from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday in the parking lot of White Oak Pond Church.

Support your local farmers. They are Kentucky Proud.

Follow them on the Madison County Farmers Market Facebook page to keep up with what vendors will be there.

On Friday, I rode over to Warren Farm Greenhouse with my brother-in-law, Garnett, to get some tomatoes plants.

Oh, if you haven't been, and you need flowers, be sure and go see Tammi Warren and the girls that work for her, because she has flowers and more flowers. Planter, hanging baskets, hanging bag flowers and flowers by the tray and they are beautiful.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Ann Senters (Sunday); Rochelle Ponziano (Monday); Wayne Perkins, Nick Middleton and Bill Winter (Tuesday); Sydney Keeton (Thursday); Cova Kelley and Jackson Sandusky (Friday) and Melissa Sandusky (Saturday).

I hope you all have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Happy anniversary wishes go out next week to Bryan and Denise Bogie (Thursday). I hope you ha e very happy anniversary and many more happy ones to come.
