COVID-19 is still raging rapid through our country. Seems like more than ever. Also seems like more people are getting it that I know.

I pray that it can be gotten under control. I pray for all that have had or have COVID 19. I pray that our country can come together, pray for each other and turn to God. Friends we are living in troubled times and I pray that you have everything right with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I don't know what they are going to do about school. I pray that this virtual learning from their homes is going to work out. I am afraid that so many children are going to be left out because of not being able to get internet access.

Hopefully it will all work out. I have heard that a lot of children don't have internet access. You would think in the year of 2020 that wouldn't be a problem, but I understand it is a big one.

Don't forget to stop by the Madison County Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of White Oak Pond Church on the corner of Barnes Mill Road and Goggins Lane.

Several things are available at the market, including Squash, zucchini, onions, corn, green beans, okra, tomatoes, peppers, watermelons, breads, jams, jellies, honey, pickles, and fried apple pies. The market is still trying to keep our customers and vendors safe, so we are still asking you to wear a mask.

The Madison County Farmers Market will no longer set up at Dreaming Creek Brewery on Thursdays. There has not been a lot of customers and vendor participation.

So, we hope to see you next year.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Bryn Lee Christian (Sunday); Don Dargavell, Kevin Jones and Amy Campbell (Monday); Colton Dargavell and Alexis Conner (Tuesday); and Isaac Chasteen (Wednesday).

I hope you all have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Well, I guess that's all for now.
