A crew from the Richmond Street Department finishes a section of sidewalk on Lancaster Avenue next to First Christian Church on Monday morning. The work is part of the city’s effort to repair broken or sunken sidewalks, with priority given to the most heavily used walkways, said City Manager David Evans.
