The four Madison County artists who make up the “Bricollage” group stand amid a exhibit of their work Tuesday evening at Richmond’s Gallery on Main. The gallery hosted a reception in their honor to open the exhibit inside the Community Trust Bank across Main Street from the Madison County Courthouse. From left are Patricia Watkins, Nancy Wigand, Pat Jennings and Sue Dalton. Jennings, of Berea, is a textile artist and painter. Wigand, of Richmond, is an oil, acrylic and watercolor artist. Dalton, of Berea, has studied many art forms, including porcelain painting, beading and etching and oil portraiture. Watkins, a Berea College graduate, has taken classes and workshops in ceramics, watercolor and acrylic painting. John Stephen Hockensmith was the featured author and Aiming for Orion, featuring Tabatha Caudill, provided music for the reception.
