May Rally Day
Sunday, May 5, at 3 p.m., he Goodloe Chapel Baptist Church will host its annual May Rally and the afternoon guests will be the Rev. Marvin King and congregation of First Baptist Church in Winchester. Dinner will be served. The host pastor is Rev. Hunter Byrd Jr. and everyone is invited to come out and fellowship.
Men and Women's Day
Sunday, May 5, at 3:00 p.m., the Concord Predestinarian Baptist Church will host its annual Men and Women’s Day. The afternoon guests will be the Rev. Reed and congregation of Farristown Baptist Church. Dinner will be served. Host pastor is Elder Anthony Phelps Sr. Everyone is invited to come and worship with us.
Usher day planned May 5
Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church will observe usher day, Sunday, May 5, at 3 p.m. The afternoon guest will be Pastor Alvin Farris and the congregation of the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church. Host pastor is the Rev. Floyd Ballew. The church is located at 1037 Jacks Creek Road, Richmond.
Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Kirksville, will be having their church convention, Sunday May 5, 3 p.m.
The afternoon guest is Elder Virgil Gardner and congregation of the Pleasant Green Predestinarian Baptist Church and the community is invited to come out and fellowship.Host pastor is Rev. Howard Miller.

“Teen Turning Point” is an intervention and prevention program for teens identified as “At Risk” for academic failure, substance abuse issues and potential judicial interaction.

Teens with defiant and rebellious behaviors, substance abuse, or potential judicial interaction issues needs this program. Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of teens in Madison and the surrounding counties, specifically addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Other Ministry Components:
Turning Point: An intervention program for adults with addictions and compulsive behaviors issues.
Cope: Supports parents, spouses, grandparents or family members who are affected by the addictions and compulsive behaviors of family members or friends.
Lifeline: Is drug awareness and prevention that is telecast once a week to Time Warner Cable’s viewing audience in Richmond and Berea.
