CORN AU GRATIN
3 (15 oz) cans Mexi-corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat slowly until cheese melts. Serve hot.
