RICHMOND — Robert Patrick, 76, husband of Norma Foley Patrick, passed away in his home on March 2, 2013.

Robert was born October 15, 1936, in Magoffin County to the late Johnny and Dora Shepherd Patrick. He was a retired pipe fitter and was a member of the Pipefitters Local No. 211 of Houston, Texas. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, Norma; he is survived by four daughters, Roberta (Aaron) Fuehrer of Richmond, Ky., Joan (Brian) Potter of Traverse City, Mich., Gina Lentz of Manchester, Mich., and Susan Slane of Ashland, Ky., and one son, David John Slane of Rosamond, Calif. He is also survived by a brother, Ray Patrick; three sisters, Phyllis Marshall Collins, Joan Bailey, Joy Mullins: and eight grandchildren, Robin Fuehrer, Nicole Eubank, Ryan Lentz, Branden Lentz, Daniel Slane, Leonna Slane, Lacea Zavala and Alex Stoehr.

Robert was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters sisters.

Funeral services for Robert will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Marty Frazer officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.  

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.
