Ila Isaacs Daniel Gadd, 71

MADISON COUNTY — Our beloved Mother and dearest Grandmother, Ila, was called home to her cabin in heaven on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, after a long illness.

She was so blessed to live her last days with the love and comfort of her family in the home of her daughter, Regena, and son-in-law, John.

Ila worked most of her life as a mother raising five children. She was much loved by the many students who were friends of her kids or rode her school bus when she drove for Madison County Schools.

Ila always had a servant’s heart, preparing meals for the elderly and making crafts for school and church fundraisers.

She was preceded in death by: one daughter, Robin Daniel Blain, Mesa, Ariz.; one sister, Nell Isaacs Wall; two brothers, Jobie Isaacs and Lee Ralph Isaacs.

She is survived by: four children, Paula Daniel Smith (Paul), Indianapolis, Ind.; Billy Daniel (Janice Breedlove), Regena Daniel Breedlove (John ‘Doodie’) and Louise Daniel Ball (John), all of Richmond; seven grandchildren, Christina Daniel, Misty Daniel, Brad Howell, Tyler Ball, all of Richmond; Ashley Daniel, Phoenix, Ariz.; Meghan Ball, Tampa, Fla.; Nicholas Blain, Mesa, Ariz.; two sisters, Jean Isaacs McCollum, East Bernstandt; Sitha Isaacs Vaught, Va.; two brothers, Billy Ray Isaacs, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; Roger Isaacs, Lancaster; several great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation and memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at Victory World Outreach Center, 2233 Lexington Road (US 25); Richmond, Ky.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Pastor Phillip Holman, officiant; Karen Steinhouser, Bob Stamper and Tylyer Ball providing music and Lakes Funeral Home of Berea.
