Michael Anthony Bosley Sr., 53

RICHMOND — Michael Anthony Bosley Sr., age 53, of Richmond,  died Thursday, November 28, 2013, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

He was born in Richmond to Kenard Bosley Sr. and the late Henretta Hawkins Bosley.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Richmond where he served on the junior usher board, and he was a fan of the University of Louisville and the Dallas Cowboys. He was an employee of Kokoku.

Michael is survived by: his son, Michael Anthony Bosley Jr. of Richmond; his daughters, LaQuesha Michelle Bosley of Danville, Kentucky, Adrienne Delona Bosley of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his brothers, Kenard Bosley Jr. (Vickie) of Richmond, Donald Bosley (Shanice) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his sister, Tanya Huguely (Troy) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his uncles, Russell Lemons Jr. (Dora) of Richmond, Freddie Dean Hawkins of Stone Mountain, Georgia; his father, Kenard Bosley Sr. of Richmond; his grandson, Kenneth DeWayne Jay of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Adrian Bosley.

Funeral services for Michael will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2013, at First Baptist Church, Francis and Collins Streets in Richmond, with the Rev. Dr. Robert R. Blythe and the Rev. Mitchell Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Burial will be in the Madison County Memorial Gardens.
