Renae Dargavell, 41, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at the UK Hospital.
She was born on January 14, 1972, to Charles Dargavell and Louise Hemingway Ritchie.
She was a kind and compassionate woman who sought to help others through years of volunteering at Grace Now food pantry, the Richmond Fire Department’s Toy’s for Kids toy drive program and the NAC through Eastside Church.
In addition to her parents, Renae is survived by: her husband, Earl Yarber; three sons, Dustin Dargavell (Jessica), Trevor McKee and Travis McKee; two daughters, Kayla Dargavell (Josh) and Brittany Dargavell; two brothers, Greg Dargavell (Dottie) and Billy Dargavell (Mary Lou); two grandchildren, Briar and Bella Dargavell; as well as numerous beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Stanley Seals, Candy Dargavell, Gay Brockman, William Hemingway and Grandma and Grandpa Childers.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2013, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Greg Dargavell, Dustin Dargavell, Buster Dargavell, Allen Dargavell, Tim Castorina and Richard Tate.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Josh Brandenburg, Jesse Mullins, Alan Hatfield, Tony Hatfield, Chris Hatfield, Glenn Robinson, Chuck Knapp and the Richmond Fire Department.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Grace Now in Richmond, Ky.
