RICHMOND — Donald L. Williams, 66, of Richmond, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013, in the UK Medical Center in Lexington.

He was born March 29, 1947, in London, Kentucky, to Frederick Willard Williams and Eula Lee Melton Williams.

Donald was an employee of Robinson Tool & Die, 1968 to 1971, Richmond Tool & Stamping, 1971-2004, and P-K Tool from 2004 until retirement.

He was a member of Richmond Lodge No. 25, F&AM, the Scottish Rite Consistory in Lexington, Kentucky, and the Madison County Shrine Club.

He was a member of The Vineyard congregation in Richmond.

Donald is survived by: his wife, Barbara Hensley Williams of Richmond; his mother, Eula Lee Melton Williams; one daughter, Donna Williams Freeman of Richmond; one brother, Paul Ray (Donna) Williams of Lewisville, Texas; one grandson, Jaxon Freeman; four nephews, Tim Williams of London, Kentucky, Thomas and Roger Williams of Texas and Tyler Williams of Georgetown, Kentucky.

Donald was preceded in death by: his father, Frederick Willard Williams; one daughter, Tanya R. Williams; and one brother, Larry Frederick Williams.

Services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Woods and Dr. Virgil Grant officiating.

Burial will follow at the Rough Creek Cemetery in Laurel County with Claude Maggard officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral home with a Masonic service at 7 p.m.

Pallbearers will be: Ford Hampton, Hershel Whittaker, Steve Hunter, Junior Watson, Tim Williams, Thomas Williams, Roger Williams, Tyler Williams, Doug Neely and Donnie Singleton.

Member of the Madison County Shrine Club will serve as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice facility of the Markey Cancer Center, 800 Rose Street, Lexington, KY 40504.
