LOUISVILLE — Deborah F. Singer, 57, passed away Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at the Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville.
A resident of the Hazelwood Center in Louisville, she was born on March 25, 1956, in Richmond, Kentucky.
Survivors include: her mother, Wanda Harvey Ray of Richmond; a half-brother, Billy P. “Shorty” Ray of Richmond; uncles John Singer, Bill Singer, Glen Singer, Randall Harvey and Wendell Harvey; aunts Irene Jordan, Christine Agee and Wauleeta Reynolds. She is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, David F. Singer.
A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at the Richmond Cemetery, 606 East Main Street, Richmond, Kentucky, with Chaplain Eddie McDonald officiating.
The family would like to thank all current and former staff of the Hazelwood Center for the love and kindness shown to Deborah.
