BEREA — Annette Singleton, 78, passed away at her home in Berea. She was born in Anco, Kentucky, to the late Dewey and Hattie Patrick Singleton.
Annette retired from Berea College where she was an administrative assistant. After retirement, she worked part-time for Hospice.
She loved animals and was concerned about their welfare. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Annette is survived by a sister, Larcenia S. Souther (Franklin) of Hemet, Calif.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2014, at the Davis & Powell Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Randolph officiating. Burial will follow in the Berea Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Monday until the hour of service.
