RICHMOND — Jack Jason Walters, 37, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

Jack was born September 23, 1976. He was a former employee of Independent Opportunities where he worked as a direct care service provider.

Survivors include: his wife, Michelle Walters; one son, Joshua Daniel Clark; one daughter, Rylee Jaceann Walters; his mother, SueAnn Hunter; his father, Tommy Walden; his stepmother, Connie King; two brothers, Adam Price (Ashlee) and Thomas “T.C.” Walden (April); two sisters, Crystal Gayle King Smiddy and Melissa Ann King Meadows; a niece, Adelynn Price; grandparents, Louda Berry (Jack) and Ralph King; and a special friend, Mickey.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Christine and Luther Harrison, Betty Jean Charleston and Thomas Walden Sr.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Sister Terry Conner officiating.

Burial will follow in the Flatwoods Cemetery at Waco, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tommy King, T.C. Walden, Adam Price, Coy Taylor, Anthony Riddell, Brian Preston, David King, Charles Walden, Charlie Walden and Dakota Walden.

Memorial donations may be made to help with final expenses.
