BEREA — Lucille Hale Wallace, 75, of Phillips Street, Berea, died suddenly Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at Baptist Health-Lexington.

A lifelong resident of Madison County, she was born May 11, 1938, a daughter of the late Forest and Yetta Gadd Hale. She was a homemaker and member of Wallaceton Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her loving husband, Allen Wallace; three children, David (Diane) Wallace, Becky (John) Harding, Beth (Lonnie) Thomas; one sister, Ruth Phillips; daughter-in-law Susan Wallace; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Wallace; seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013, at Reppert Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Pack officiating. Burial will follow in Berea Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Wallaceton Baptist Church.
