Hollie Gladney Gordon, 64

Richmond

RICHMOND — Mr. Hollie Gladney Gordon, 64, of Richmond, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013, at the Baptist Health Richmond.

He was born September 11, 1948, in Estill County to Hollie and Dalphine Wright Gordon, both of whom preceded him in death.

He was a self-employed construction worker and member of the Grace Evangelism Ministries of Kentucky Church.

Hollie is survived by: his wife, Elizabeth Tudor Gordon; six children, Hollie Gordon Jr., Pamela Gordon, Randy Willis, Rickie Willis (Charlene), Carol Willis and Harold Willis (Faith); 10 grandchildren, Samantha Lovings, Johnathon Marcum, Jimmy Marcum, Ricky Willis, Andrew Allen, Alisa Davis, Jessica Walters, Daja Willis, Triva Willis and Shesha Willis; 12 great-grandchildren, Kayliegh Carpenter, Austin Marcum, Hayden Adams, Ian Davis, Evan Davis, Jacob Walters, Harold Willis, Brook Taylor, Sarah Taylor, Bradon Willis, Jason Willis and Dareigh Willis. He also leaves several very special friends at Madison Towers.

His service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Wade Coyle officiating. Burial will follow in the Bark Road Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Keith, Chad Storie, Abraham Polly, Johnathon Marcum, Zach Copley and John Davis.

    Gary Lee Winburn, 69, of Richmond, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
    A native of Richmond, Kentucky, he was the son of Marcus and Johnetta Arch Winburn, both of whom preceded him in death. Gary had been an employee of the former Begley Drug Company and was a retired employee of Car Quest Auto Parts Store. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Richmond.

    Joyce Rhodus, 74, passed away Friday morning, April 11, 2014, at her home.
    She was born March 23, 1940, in Garrard County, Kentucky, to the late Jasper and Mary Stella Moore Prewitt.
    Joyce was a graduate of Buckeye High School, class of 1959. She retired from the Madison County Detention Center as a deputy jailer. She loved raising flowers, working puzzles and watching UK basketball.
