David Kaskal Thompson, 50, Richmond, passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012.
He was born in Glasgow, Ky., on April 9, 1962. He was a self-employed maintenance worker who loved playing practical jokes.
Survivors include: his wife, Pamela VanHook Thompson; his parents, Tommy and Betty White Thompson, of Edmonton; two sons, Timothy and Nathan Thompson, of Chicago, Ill.; two daughters, Tiffany Carter and Savanna Thompson, both of Richmond; one brother, Joseph Thompson, of Illinois; two grandsons, Carson Carter and Nathan Thompson Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Flatwoods Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Carter, Kenny Shelton, Nathan Cawthon, Bobby Newton, Richard Carter and Jeff Marcum.
