James Franklin Noe, 62

Richmond

MADISON COUNTY — James Franklin Noe, 62, husband of Sharon Darlene O’Neal Noe of Richmond, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, in his home.

James was born November 26, 1950, in Richmond, Kentucky, son of Edna Ruth Jackson Noe and the late Shelby Bishop Noe Sr.

He was a master electrician and electrical contractor and owner of Noe’s Electric Co.

He attended God’s Landmark Church in Lancaster, Kentucky, and enjoyed camping, boating, Little League Baseball and sharing time and events with children and grandchildren. He also was a veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his wife, Sharon, and his mother, Edna, he is survived by: two daughters, Kimberly Michelle Noe and Ashley Elizabeth Noe, both of Richmond, Ky.; two grandchildren, Alexus Dunn and Tylin Dunn; one brother, Rev. Gary & Janice Noe of Nicholasville, Ky.; half brother Shelby Noe Jr. of Richmond, Ky.; two half sisters, Delores Denny and Marcia Rene´ Noe, both of Richmond, Ky.; stepmother Sue Barger Noe; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 26, 2013, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Noe officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Machowiz, Terry Michael Patterson, Steve Green, Robert Whalen (“Booker T.”), Robert “Devon” Dunn, Butch Layton and Terry Cabell.
