Charles Burton Moberly, 75

RICHMOND — Charles Burton Moberly, 75, of Richmond, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013.

He was born in Madison County, Ky. on June 25, 1937, son of Bert and Cora Stamper Moberly. He was a former employee of Exide and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include: his son, Steve Moberly (Adrienne) of Richmond; his daughter, Teri Moberly Rowe (David) of Richmond; two sisters, Margaret Asbill of Richmond and Joyce Mize (Donnie) of Danville; two grandchildren, Jacqueline Rowe and Jessica Rowe.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Arthur Ray officiating.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Graveside services with full military rites will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013, in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

    Delbert J. Turner, 87, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014, at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond.
    Delbert was born February 4, 1927, a son of Edmond and Mary Cleo Moberly Turner, both of whom preceded him in death.
    He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Kirksville Baptist Church. He retired from WestinghousePhillips Lighting.
