Ernestine 'Bobbie' Bruner Mason, 82

RICHMOND — Ernestine “Bobbie” Bruner Mason, 82, of Richmond, the widow of Robert H. Mason, died Friday morning, November 15, 2013, after arrival at Baptist Health-Richmond.

She was born September 18, 1931, in Richmond, Kentucky, to James Bruner and Delitha (Isaacs) Bruner Harrison, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a retired factory worker and of the Protestant faith.

She is survived by: two sisters, Peggy Sue Harrison and Deanna Harrison, both of Nicholasville, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, including special family members, Darin Slone and Lisa Weitzel, and her caregivers, Darnella and Ronald Bruner.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: one sister, Billie Jean Slone, and three brothers, James Bruner, Glenn Harrison and Russell Ervin Bruner.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mason will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Bro. Michael Barnes officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell.
