William Chrisman, 80
William Chrisman (SMsgt. U.S.A.F. Ret.), 80, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 14, 2008.
Bill was born August 5, 1927, in Richmond, Ky., the son of the late Brown and Helen Chrisman. Bill was retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years and had worked construction in the Fairborn area for years. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Mary Lou Chrisman (1985); brothers, Edward, Wayne & Nelson; and sister, Maxine.
Survivors include: his son, Billy Chrisman of Fairborn; daughters, Brenda Hare and Lee Ann of Fairborn; Sherri (Pat) Mason of Huber Heights, Ohio, and Rachel Chrisman of Fairborn; grandchildren, David Preston-Mason and Billy Hare; sisters, Jewell (Luther) Benson of Georgia; Judy Nantz of North Carolina; brothers, Paul, Dickey and Trigger Chrisman, all of Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.
No visitation will be observed, with private graveside services in Byron Cemetery. Memorial services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2008, in the Maple Heights Baptist Church, 144 W. Funderburg Road, Fairborn, with Pastor Chris Tannreuther officiating.
Arrangements entrusted to Burcham Funeral Home, 119 E. Main Street, Fairborn, Ohio. Local arrangements provided by Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.
