The Berea Community girls soccer team bounced back from a loss to Southern on Wednesday with a 1-0 win over Bryan Station Thursday in Lexington.

Taylor Powell scored the only goal of the game mid-way through the first half and Holly Musick earned the shutout in goal.

“It was a good team effort,” Berea coach Jerry Bingham said. “We needed to get going back in the right direction.”

Berea (3-4) is set to return to action Monday at home against Pulaski County.
