The Lady Indians couldn’t get their offense going Thursday at home against Clark County.
Madison Central had just one hit — a single by Katie Brock in the fourth — and suffered a 6-0 loss.
The Lady Indians had runners on base in every inning, expect the third, but stranded seven runners.
Central (8-12) has lost five of its past seven games.
Clark County got two runs in the second, third and sixth innings off Central starter MacKenzie Wilder. Skye Skinner hit a two-run home run in the second inning.
Kirstin Spillman, Sam Walzcyk, Katie Grant and Jadelyn Rice each walked.
Clark County (16-11) had eight hits and left eight runners on base. The Lady Cardinals left the bases loaded in the third inning after taking a 4-0 lead.
The Lady Indians are set to return to action Monday at Somerset.
