L.L. BASEBALL: Richmond Little League fall signup begins Saturday

RICHMOND — The Richmond Little League will hold sign-ups for this year’s fall season on Saturday, May 31 from 10 a.m. to noon and Saturday, June 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Little League office at the Lake Reba Little League complex.

Sign-ups are also scheduled for Saturday, June 14, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Marshall Field concession stand at the Little League complex.

The registration fee is $60 for all leagues, except Wee Ball, which is $45. There is a $10 late fee after June 14.

The starting date will be August 16.

Those players who do not sign up on these dates can be placed on a waiting list by e-mailing a message, that includes child’s name, birthdate, and parent’s contact information, to richmondlittleleague@gmail.com.

Registration forms are available at signups and at www.eteamz.com/richmondkyllb.

A birth certificate is needed to verify age for Wee Ball, age as of August 16, 2014) for those who have not played in the Richmond Little League in 2013 or 2014.

Major; 10 or 11

Minor; 7,8 or 9

Coach Pitch; 6,7 or 8

Tee Ball; 4 with a spring season of Wee Ball, or 5

Rookie Coach Pitch; 5 with a spring of Tee Ball, or 6

Wee Ball; 4 or 5

Starting , Aug. 16

End date, Sept. 27
