• A Holiday Happening Christmas craft show, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Richmond City Hall. Santa Claus to visit from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Guests can take their own pictures.

• Friends of the Madison County Public Library book drive, 9 a.m. -noon at Berea Baptist Church parking lot, 310 Chestnut St. and 1-4 p.m. at the Richmond Lowe’s parking lot.

• 50th annual Christmas Bazaar, 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m., St. Mark Catholic Church, Parish Avenue and West Main Street, Richmond.

• Waco Elementary FRC Advisory Council, 3 p.m. in the FRC office.

• Duct Tape Christmas Party for tweens and teens, 6:30 p.m., Madison County Public Library, 507 W. Main St., Richmond.

Dec. 12

• Madison County Retired Teachers’ Association, 11:30 a.m., at Heritage House Bed and Breakfast. Meal is $15, all included. Reservations accepted through Dec. 5. Call Pam at 624-2044. Bring canned goods for “Yes, We Can Feed Kentucky,” as well as $10 gift card for voluntary gift exchange.
