Police: Man causes disturbance, exposes himself at hospital

RICHMOND — Man arrested on 2011 warrant

More than a year after a theft victim found her stolen jewelry at a local pawn shop, Richmond police have arrested the man accused of pawning the items.

Kevin G. Dick, 25, of Smith Lane, Berea, was charged Sunday with receiving stolen property (under $10,000) and theft by deception.

The victim, who is from Mount Sterling, reported to the RPD on Sept. 26, 2011, that she had found her stolen necklaces at a Richmond pawn shop. The necklaces are valued at $700.

Police determined that Dick had sold the items to the pawn shop on Sept. 3, 2011, according to the news release.

A warrant was sworn out for Dick’s arrest Nov. 11, 2011.

Anyone with information about these cases is asked to call the Richmond Police Department at 623 1162.
