BEREA — Berea police have arrested and charged a man they allege had sexual contact and supplied marijuana to a 14-year-old girl.

Officers were called Nov. 21 to the 400 block of White Hall Drive after a parent reported finding his teenage daughter at that location with 18-year-old Dakota Douglas, according to a BPD news release.

After interviewing the parties involved, police determined Douglas, who is from Berea, and the girl had engaged in sexual contact. Police also alleged that Douglas had given marijuana to the girl, the release stated.

Douglas was charged with second- and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and sexual misconduct.
