Airport open house, Young Eagle flights Saturday

RICHMOND — The Madison Airport, jointly owned by the county’s three local governments, will host its annual open house Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Free barbecue will be served from noon until 2 p.m., according to information from the airport operator.

Also, the Richmond/Berea Chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association will offer free flights to “Young Eagles,” age 8 to 17, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., according to the organization’s website.
