Berea murder case continued

RICHMOND —

Burgess and Bratten are facing the same charges of two counts of facilitation to murder and facilitation to first-degree burglary, all Class D felonies each punishable by a maximum of five years in prison. 
Bond for Matthew Denholm is set at $1 million cash and bond for Ryan Denholm and Bratten is set at $750,000 each.
Thursday was Matthew Denholm’s second consecutive day in circuit court. On Wednesday, he was arraigned on murder and other charges in the deaths of Sonsaray Warford and Charles Walker.
