Many moms like gifts made just for her. On Monday, children at the Madison County Public Library in Richmond made Mother’s Day keychains for that special woman in their lives.
Brothers Bryce, 10, and Broc, 8, came with their dad, Brent Parmer, of Richmond.
“She likes the homemade gifts,” Brent said of Bryce and Broc’s mother. But, this was only the first of other gifts the trio has lined up for her, he said.
“We might even take her out to dinner,” Broc said.
Aiden Masters, 6, came with his grandmother to create one of the “hundreds of gifts” he was making for his mom for Mother’s Day, he said.
Mother’s Day is Sunday.
