Kingston Elementary needs items for care packages

BEREA — Students at Kingston Elementary are collecting care package items

for U.S. military men and women who will be spending Christmas

overseas. They are asking the community to help them collect the

following items in order to mail out more than 500 care packages.

All donations need to be turned in to the school by Nov. 29

Kingston Elementary School is located at 2845 Battlefield Memorial Highway (US 421) and can be reached by calling 986-4668.

• Baby wipes (alcohol free)

• Disposable toothbrushes

• Lotion

• Dental floss

• Picks

• Body wash

• Shaving cream (no aerosol cans)

• Q-Tips

• Shampoo

• Chapstick

• Resealable bags (any size)

• 5 Hour Energy Shots

• Monster Energy Drinks

• Red Bull Energy Drinks

• Mt. Dew (cans)

• Ale-8 (cans)

• Starbucks Coffee Energy Drink (cans)

• Pringles

• snacks

• Cookies

• Candy

• Peanuts/Cashews

• Tuna (easy open, remember they do not have can openers)

• Pineapples

• Hand and feet warmers

• Hand written Christmas card or letter
