MADISON COUNTY — A London woman suffered only minor injuries after her vehicle struck a concrete barrier, flipped over and slid more than 200 feet upside down, according to Trooper Paul Blanton with the Kentucky State Police.

The accident occurred shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday morning when the black 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor driven by Katlyn Kelly, 23, hydroplaned near the 85 mile marker while traveling northbound on Interstate 75.

A second accident that occurred almost directly across interstate going southbound is still being investigated, Blanton said. KSP also was attending to a third accident this morning.
