Families eat Spaghetti with a Yeti at library

Register Staff Report

RICHMOND — Families in the Madison County Public Library’s Richmond branch were treated to a free meal and discussion Monday evening about Bigfoot.

Local authors Marie Mitchell and Mason Smith shared personal stories and excerpts from their new book, “Squatch Watch And Other Stories,” at the Spaghetti with a Yeti event.

Children at the event were able to measure their shoe size against an accurately sized sasquatch footprint, and they had a competition to see who could make the best Bigfoot sound.

The authors also donated a book to the library so interested children can check it out.
