‘Poetry Under the Stars’ at Berea College on Tuesday

BEREA — Members of the Berea community will read “poetry under the stars” from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Weatherford Planetarium, Room 108 of the Science Building at Berea College.

The event is free and will feature poems from various cultures and time periods, accompanied by music and images of stars and skies.

“Poetry Under the Stars” was planned in celebration of National Poetry Month, and the event is dedicated to Berea physics professor emeritus Smith T. Powell, an ardent supporter of the planetarium.
