Goding, 45, was turning left off of Harrison-King Lane onto Old US 25 at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when her Pontiac Firebird was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado that sustained severe damage, according to a report issued Tuesday from Kentucky State Police Post 7.Goding had turned into the path of Joshua Napier, 18, of Richmond, who was traveling with 14-year-old Jacob B.
