Two cranes appear crossed as they are used Tuesday on construction of Eastern Kentucky University’s new science building as a crane in the
background lifts roofing scraps from 20-story Commonwealth Hall dormitory. The $64 million science building is scheduled for completion in August 2011, while repairs to the residence hall roof are to be done before students arrive this August.
