BALDWIN — Hello from Baldwin. How is everyone’s week going?

I hope everyone is having a great one.

Well, I don’t know what the weather will be like when you read this today, but I must say things got a little crazy Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Baby, it’s cold outside. But wait, we live in Kentucky and it’s supposed to be 60 degrees this weekend. Be safe.

The Baldwin 4-H Club will meet in the fellowship hall at Bethel Christian Church tonight at 6:30. The club will be making 4-H note cards tonight and will need $1.50 for this project. We hope to see you there.

Don’t forget the time changes this weekend – spring forward. So be sure and set your clocks.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Frances Reynolds, Sunday; Kelley Harvey, Christi Harrison, Carson Hamilton, and a very special lady, Helen Carnes, Monday; Eva Ruth Foster, Thursday; and, a very special young lady over on Poosey Ridge, Miss Riley Cate Reynolds will be celebrating her third birthday on Saturday.

I hope all of you have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Happy anniversary wishes go out next week to J.B. and Shannon Dupuy, Friday; and Randall and Brenda Curry, Saturday. Randall and Brenda will be celebrating their 38th anniversary.

I hope both couples have very happy anniversaries and many more to come.

On Saturday, Garnett and Myra Isbell and Henry and Nelda Smith went to Cecilia, Ky., to visit Nelda and Henry’s son, James Paul Smith, and his wife, Tiffany, and new daughter, Riley Lynn. Riley was born  Jan. 9 and had not met her grandparents from Richmond until Saturday.

Later that day, Riley’s big sister, Alysann Smith, arrived for a visit, also. They all had a wonderful visit and came back with lots of pictures. She is a cutie.

Well, I guess that’s all for now. If you hear any news, just give me a call at 623-4579 or e-mail at pljones61@netzero.com.
