Boy Scout troop collects coats for Foothills

RICHMOND — Boy Scout Troop 1008 is collecting clean, reusable coats of all sizes to donate to Kentucky River Foothills for its Eagle project. The collection extends until the end of February.

Drop-off boxes are located throughout Madison and Estill counties. Collection boxes in Richmond are located at:

• Madison County Public Library (also in Berea)

• Jack’s Cleaners, 205 W. Water St.

• Modern Dry Cleaners, 130 Big Hill Ave.

• Kentucky River Foothills office, 123 Pine St.

• Kroger

• Big Lots
