Body Recall to offer additional Fitness Classes at Berea Location

RICHMOND — In response to increasing demand from residents in Berea and the surrounding area, Body Recall will be offering additional fitness and flexibility training classes at its Berea campus beginning Monday, Feb. 18.

Classes will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 12:45 p.m. with additional classes available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Also available will be one-on-one and small group   trainings.

Classes will be conducted by longtime trainer and newly-certified Body Recall instructor Carolyn Castle.

Carolyn brings to Body Recall over 33 years of fitness, flexibility and resistance training experience.

Currently she is working with students ranging in age from 13 to 84.

Carolyn previously owned a gym in Utah and competed in fitness and body building contests in Colorado and Wyoming. 

“I am delighted to be part of a program and an organization that emphasizes lifetime fitness regardless of age, ability or condition. I also share Body Recall’s goal to “get more people moving and keep them moving,” she said.
