This recipe is for one burrito. I usually make as many as I have at my table for breakfast.
One 8-inch flour tortilla
1 scrambled egg
1 sausage patty that I have cooked and crumbled into the cooked egg.
Picanti sauce (I love Pace brand as it was made two blocks from where I lived in San Antonio.)
Heat tortilla in microwave for about six seconds. Place cooked egg mixture in middle and roll up cigar style. Put Picanti sauce on as desired.
I had an accident with my leg a couple of weeks ago and had to ride the electric cart in the grocery store.
So many people were so kind to me that I was shocked over all their help.
I will go out of my way from now on to help these folks who have to use these machines in the stores.
To the two ladies who helped me unload my groceries onto the checkout counter, thank you so much.
