Be thankful for all the beauty that surrounds us

Baldwin News

BALDWIN — Hello from Baldwin. How is everyone’s week going?

I hope everyone is having a great week.

It sure was a beautiful Monday, wasn’t it?

But, the temperature sure has changed. I love this time of year and all its beauty.

The trees that are blooming and the flowers are so pretty.

The red bud and dogwoods are blooming at the same time, so I guess this is red bud and dogwood winter together.

Just look around at all the beauty that Jesus has given us and don’t forget to thank him.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Kevin Azbill, Sunday; George Rosanbalm Monday; Ronnie Burrus and Amy Habets, Thursday; Clay Masters and Mason Griggs; Friday; and Randa Morris, Saturday.

I hope all of you have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Happy anniversary wishes go out next week to Hairl and Beverly Applegate, Tuesday.

I hope you have a happy anniversary and many more happy ones to come.

Mark your calendar because on Saturday, April 27, Baldwin Ruritan Club will be sponsoring a rabies clinic along with Town and County Veterinary Clinic.

The clinic will be at the shop across from the home of Ellen Harvey at 315 Whitlock Road.

Veterinarian Gary Short will be giving the vaccinations from noon to 1 p.m. The vaccinations will cost $5 each.

Please bring your pet in a pet carrier or on a leash.

Well, I guess that’s all for now. Let me know if you hear any news. Just give me a call at 623-4579 or e-mail at pljones61@netzero.com.
