Time to get coats out of storage

BALDWIN — Hello from Baldwin.

How is everyone’s week going?  I hope that everyone is having a great one. By the time you read this, temperatures are suppose to be much cooler. So get your coats out, I think we are going to need them.

The Baldwin Community is conducted a roadside clean-up Saturday. If you can pick up, just call Ellen Harvey at 623-2479 and get some garbage bags. A dumpster will be provided and will be placed at Curt & Brenda Bogies’ farm, 315 Whitlock Road.

We ask that nothing be set outside the dumpster, and NO PAINT OR CHEMICAL CANS, NO TIRES, NO HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE are to be put in the dumpster.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Jessica Hiten, Just King and Melissa Barber, Sunday; Amanda Young, Monday; and Brittany Howard, Saturday. I hope you all have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Billy Tudor will be set up at the Madison County Farmers Market in Lowe’s Parking Lot on Saturday. There may be other vendors, but I do know that Billy will be there.

If you don’t have a home church that you attend and you are looking for a church, I would like to invite you to attend Bethel Christian Church here in the Baldwin community. Sunday school starts at 10 a.m. and morning worship starts at 11a.m. Michael Damron, the minister, along with the congregation would love to have you worship with them.

Well, it’s short but sweet this week, but that’s all for now. Let me know if you hear any news. Be sure to give me a call at 623-4579 or e-mail me at pljones61@netzero.com.
